This single origin delights the senses with a complex aroma of brown sugar and caramel. It features mild berry notes with nuts and biscuits coming through to finish.
We recommend trying this with a V60 pour over method – this highlights it silky smooth body. If you wanted more of the tangy or brighter notes dominating then espresso is your way to go.

Arokara is the name of this cooperative, whilst originally it was set up by the Rural Development Bank, in the last 20 years it they have been returned to traditional landowner clans. With this there has been a complete removal of chemicals and fertilisers throughout the production process.
