Forest Edge coffee blend is a premium experience – featuring deep chocolates, praline overtones with a balancing clementine sweetness. It is full bodied but low in acidity. When combined with a hearty intensity we think it is perfect for espresso brewing methods.

Brazil - we source these beans from a family owned farm in Fazenda Pantano. Interestingly they work closely with the Brazilian Coffee Research Institute which focuses on experimental production. Ferroro aims to reduce waste, chemicals and water usage in his coffee production and in turn preserve permanent natural forest reserves.
