What to expect:
Come visit our Roastery and learn about the journey of coffee from bean to cup. Learn how different factors affect the final product and find out how we bring you exceptional coffee here at Forest Edge – The Roastery. Then, get a unique hands on experience roasting your own coffee blend to take home with you.
Set at the top of the high street in Lyndhurst – the gateway to the New Forest – you’ll get to see (and smell!) first hand where the magic happens!
What’s included:
– Coffee on arrival
– Introduction to the coffee bean journey from plant to cup
– Tasting time! Learn the art of cupping and taste test single origins from around the world
– Introduction to roasting coffee. Learn about how factors affect the coffee profile
– In pairs design and roast your own blend. This is a very unique and hands on coffee roasting experience in our Roastery. Finallly you will each get 1kg to take home of your own creation.
