This Brazillian gourmet coffee from the Ipanema region has a creamy, thick and velvety body. It has a nutty aftertaste with a dark chocolate finish leading to a well balanced cup. As a result this coffee works excellently as an espresso based coffee or aeropress.

Brazil - we source these beans from a family owned farm. Interestingly, they work closely with the Brazilian Coffee Research Institute which focuses on experimental production. Their aims are to reduce waste, chemicals and water usage in coffee production and in turn preserve permanent natural forest reserves.
